# Hướng dẫn cài Office 365

Lần đầu đăng nhập hệ thống sẽ yêu cầu bạn đổi mật khẩu. Vui lòng lưu lại mật khẩu mới, **nếu quên mật khẩu bạn sẽ không được bảo hành**.

Để an toàn dữ liệu, bạn nên lưu dữ liệu vào tài khoản Microsoft cá nhân hoặc lưu vào ổ cứng trên máy tính.

### Tài khoản Office 365 bản quyền

Sau khi thanh toán thành công, khách hàng sẽ nhận được 1 Email sẽ có thông tin tài khoản Office 365 bản quyền (Email và Mật khẩu)

### Hướng dẫn cài đặt Office 365 cho Windows

**Bước 1**. Link tải Office 365 [**tại đây**](https://officecdn.microsoft.com/db/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-US/O365ProPlusRetail.img)

**Bước 2**. Tải về mở ra chạy file **Setup màu đỏ** để cài đặt

**Bước 3**. Sau khi cà đặt thành công, các bạn mở Word hoặc Excel lên chọn Sigin để đăng nhập tài khoản.

**Bước 4**. **Đổi mật khẩu**

**Bước 5**. Chọn **Chỉ đăng nhập vào ứng dụng** là có thể sử dụng Office 365 bản quyền.

**Bước 6**. Để đăng nhập thêm tài khoản để sử dụng OneDrive, các bạn vào **File** -> chọn **Account** -> ở mục **Connected Services** chọn thêm **Onedrive** và đăng nhập.

### Hướng dẫn cài Office 365 trên Macbook

1. Vào link [**App Store**](https://apps.apple.com/vn/app-bundle/microsoft-365/id1450038993?mt=12)&#x20;
2. Tải Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook và cài đặt

3. Mở **Word** lên và chọn **Đăng nhập** tài khoản để kích hoạt bản quyền Office.

Nếu bạn đăng nhập vào Word rồi nhưng vẫn báo không thể chỉnh sửa, các bạn tắt Word ở lại chọn Active góc bên trái và nhập lại tài khoản là có thể sử dụng bản quyền Office 365.

Để thêm nhiều tài khoản vào Office trên mac các bạn chọn vào Avatar góc trái chọn dấu + để thêm tài khoản.

1. Mở **Google Play Store** hoặc **App Store**
2. Tìm **Word**, **Excel**, **Powerpoint**, **Outlook** và cài đặt.
3. Mở **Word** lên đăng nhập tài khoản là xong.
